I must have mentioned this before, but vegan junk food is a guilty pleasure of mine. Especially fries. Especially fries with lots of stuff on them.
I use frozen fries since (mercifully) I don’t have a deep fryer. They need to bake at 425, preheat your oven according to your fries. Along with the frozen fries, I have onion, tomato, bell pepper, and fresh garlic tossed in olive oil with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
Bake until the fries and veggies are beginning to brown. Meanwhile, whip up a tahini sauce such as the one used HERE.
