Why Air Fried Vegetarian Food?

I’m a giant fan of air fryers! I’ve had a few (home and cabin) and they are wonderful! They are easy to use, quick to cook food and convenient to use on busy nights for dinner.
But, one of my favorite things to do with one is to air fry vegetarian recipes. Recently, I made a buffalo style chickpeas recipe using an air fryer. It was so good that I decided to write up a list of some of the best air-fried vegetarian food that you may enjoy too.
