    I was making a cookie recipe that called to melt the caramels with evaporated milk. the caramels seemed like they needed to be a little runnier(if the makes sense) to put on top of the cookies. If I add more evaporated milk do you think that would help? Also some of the cookies the caramel is really hard to eat through but others in the same batch are easier to chew through. Any though on that? The cookies are called “Homemade Twix Cookies.”

      let put some water and warm it up. warm water will help to get bubbles out easier.
